6th Annual F.O.F.B. Re-Union 8th October 2011

#1 by Ian , Thu Aug 11, 2011 9:23 pm

The 6th Annual Re-Union of the Friends of the Froth Blowers is to be held on 8th October 2011 , 12:30 for 13:00 at the Red Lion at Brightwell-cum-Sotwell, which has links to the A.O.F.B., via Blackstone House.
The Red Lion is not the largest of venues and intention of attendance is desired to aid with table booking, although I am sure that the Red Lion will be accomodating as well as welcoming.

Promises to be a great day out - not forgetting the chance to peruse regalia and items of AOFB interest throughout the meet.

Another thoroughly enjoyable reunion at the Red Lion yesterday, we were welcomed by our wonderful hostess Sue, who proceeded to look after us through the afternoon.
It was wonderful to meet Sir Alfred Fripps grandson Max, and his lovely wife Caroline, and also longer serving FOFBs Heather and Hanna.
Great company, great food and great ale, who could ask for more.

One or two pictures from the event.
