The Midgley Vat, South Africa

The Midgley vat, formed at the Midgley hotel, Adelaide, Cape Province, South Africa,by the then owner J.S.Midgley Esq in 1928.
It didn't appear to take Blower Midgley too long to recruit enough members to advance his rank to Blaster.
He also recruited his dog "General French" into the canine section of the AOFB, this being the Amiable Order of Faithful Bow-Wows.
The hotel still exists to this day, and is still a hotel under the same name.
I am fortunate enough to have aquired an amount of memorabilia relating to this vat, photo's of which can be seen in the picture gallery.
